   @lain @kaia @jonossaseuraava a lot of my wealth is tied up in plantation land, that should be okay unless global warming really picks up the pace

     @kaia @jonossaseuraava i think my main worry there is that for most people, getting a house or apartment will be a huge chunk of their net worth, like 70%+, and that would be too risky for my taste.
