   No, this is just a Nostr thing. It's not even hosted on Nostr, obviously, but links to some Matrix.org file hosting. So it's "a thing" for any Nostr clients that auto-fetch url's from public feed. Some clients don't fetch at all, and some only fetch from followed accounts. Shouldn't hit fedi at all.
