     I am actually retarded when it comes to graphics programming, so if anything ill probably be using something like sdl or allegro, since those implement opengl so I dont have to worry about it.
     my dayjob is writing fpga (think microprocessors but really weeird) firmware with esoteric tools, so its more specialized than anything

I wanted to learn vulkan but it seems like too much work and again I'm just a larper like Stallman when it comes to soyware development. Either way good luck bro.
