     Yes, I agree. I think the primary use case is web readers in browsers. At the moment there is no way for content producers to brand the way their content is presented with synthetic speech.

     If that goes well, then support outside of browser/web readers is the next step - including potentially for screen reader users. But there we need to tread very carefully.
