     @Shadowman311 Because you people all “hate-watch” it, and the continued outrage machine has become an invaluable time and attention sink for young single men.

     There’s now a thriving ecosystem on making horrible media like this, it occupies the news cycle and keeps dudes in their 20’s from talking about things of real importance. People WILL tune in because netflix subs are desperate for new stimulus, no matter how bad - and the ‘culture war’ faggots do billions of dollars in advertising for a $300/mo adsense check

     @BobRoss @Shadowman311 He’s about the only one I respect in that hellscape. It’s one thing to check in every once in a while when something particularly egregious drops, to dissect it out of a macabre interest in how far it’s all fallen.

     But not when you’re doing 4 hours of content every day keeping up with every speck of pointless minutiae

     @WashedOutGundamPilot I actually haven't hate watched anything in quite a while, I'll watch maybe an episode or two (on some watch movies4free) website if I'm curious and then stop. Last one was rangz of powah and even that was one episode

     @Shadowman311 The last live-action american media I can remember sitting down and watching was that battleship movie, and even then I gave up when they sank that U-boat because it’s hard to enjoy the somber hollywood “woah even if they’re totally evil we still just drowned a hundred men…..the price of liberty” bullshit.

     So that was like….2017? 18? I just keep getting immunized against it from osmotically seeing what’s released all the time.
