     @LukeAlmighty @YeetLibs That’s why you don’t need to say lines. I feel like all my dating got better the more burned out and weary I was about it. Just being a little appraising and almost condescendingly antagonistic is better than treating being the sucker looking 50 years ahead thinking in run-on sentences like

     “I gotta make great memories because we’ll be telling our kids about this date for the rest of our lives I wonder if the kids will have her hair and my eyes I love the way she laughs its so cute I wonder when her birthday is“

     (But yeah they do always fall for the same lines as the rest, but if they’re working then the guy’s got the cachet to pull them off)
