Maybe Ben Franklin was too busy fucking whores in France during all-nighters to have picked that up.

     @TrevorGoodchild @judgedread @Kalogerosstilitis2RevengeoftheJunta The White nations survived, and thrived, under thousands of years of various flavors of absolute monarchs and tyrants, only to be brought to nigh-extinction after merely 200 years of democracy, the rate of suicide accelerating after said democracy adopted the universal franchise.
