     Who remembers the time when AIPAC employees got caught transferring US military secrets to Israel, but weren't prosecuted for espionage because despite collecting, possessing, and handing over to foreign government classified material, it "was not proven that this was meant to cause harm to the USA" by a lower court so the charges were dropped
