   @coolboymew @ChristiJunior The other reason they can do this outsourcing thing (different from H1Bs and the like) is to cut costs.
   
   To you, it's a unsustainable wage. To someone in India, Russia, or Mexico, it's a live like a king wage. This sounds crazy; but here's the thing. You can either take a dead end job at a gas station where the minimum wage is PER MONTH or something crazy, or you can take a job as a programmer at a company that is overworking you but you get plenty of money for you and your leeching parents/extended family who wants some of that too.
