   @sky999999 @Gerfand @Koropokkur @basadeskaiser They want to have almost 2,500 of them. Like everything in the program, it’s about the “rules”. Classifying them as LRIP gives a lot more leeway in having things not meet standards.

   The whole concept of designing systems as you go, manufacturing the first blocks and then later doubling back to bring early aircraft to production standards was astoundingly retarded, but they got it signed off anyway.
