   @StoleMyThundersBalls @kekkerel @matty Fun range toy, but the whole thing is just so funny to me - company ends up w/ BAR receivers and wants to turn them into something profitable, so they pick an infamously heavy ‘we only give it to the 6’7” guy in the unit’ gun and decide to scifi COD-style it and add extra weight.

   13 lbs empty? Plus 30 rounds of ought? Plus that (probably) steel magazine? Plus an optic? Sling? Light?

   No matter how cool it looks, there’s a limit to the absurdity. Nobody aside from rich dentists and porsche sales managers own these, and they barely shoot them at the range once every 3 years.

   I refuse to believe you’ll ever see someone slinging an HCAR, running around in the collapse with a 17-lb combat DMR
