The premise is that the hikkimori main character, Oyama Mahiro, gets transformed into a girl by his/her/I don't fucking know what to use's sister, Mihari, after Mihari gives her brother a potion of some kind. The first few episodes is MC freaking out and dealing with [pick the pronoun] problems of now being a little girl
To be honest though, the whole genderbender premise is all but dropped in favor of loli antics and dealing with going back to school because society sees Mahiro as a kid rather than an 18 years-old legal loli. People watch it for the loli fanservice anyways and not because it's some artistic tranny propaganda. It's more like Ranma in that regard, rather than Steven Universe or that gross transvestite hero show Hasbro tried to push out last decade.
