@coolboymew @1ns0mniak I agree with mostly what you said, this SEGA's acquisition is completely mystery to me
their parent company , CSK holdings are bought by 住友 holdings 2011 so Sega&Sammy is now held by one of Japanese former Zaibatsu groups, before that they were about to be dead so it was good for them in short term supposedly.
but as you've said I don't think they could have managed their IPs .
hmm possibly they have some ideas with AngryBird's IP for arcade enterprise business but I'm also highly doubt about their move and effectiveness , and seems market also skeptical more than me.
I think SEGA is now publisher , not a game developing company anymore, unfortunately they are so behind at publishing..
