Gordon brings the owner of a successful restaurant from the same area to teach Alan how to deal with yelpers. He explains it's common to get a bad review but if the majority are good you can disregard it. He says if many complain about the same thing, you ought to pay attention and fix that recipe. Gordon echoes that message.
Alan apologises to the yelpers and thanks the other owner and Ramsay for giving him a new perspective.
