   Now the son is stepping in to direct the kitchen. There's some confusion with the tickets and the son has some choice words about the chef:
   
   "A trained monkey could take tickets and get them out on time. That's nothing".
   
   The chef doesn't take it very well:
   
   "I'm gonna jump on the other side and knock your ass outta here".
   
   So the son fires the chef in the middle of service. The chef leaves and there's an interview segment outside:
   
   "I'm probably in the wrong... but I'm not gonna have some crackhead yell at me".
