Then they start bickering over mushrooms. She says the chef changed the recipe to add an ingredient, proving he is lying about having no control of the kitchen. He says that ingredient is how you prepare the dish with mushrooms. David Lynch intervenes saying they are arguing over a mushroom. The wife says "mushrooms are important to me; I'm Polish". :efron_left: What's that about?

Then the chef says he has to buy ingredients and they don't pay him for them some times. Ramsay is like "why don't you pay him?" :laugh_evil: The owner's response: "he's working on the spirit of getting paid. Let's not concentrate on the check. I said I'm gonna pay, that's all that's important". :efron_right:

I've seen a clip from this episode and I think that's what's about to happen now. Ramsay is already chimping out at the thought that the chef is not allowed to use his own recipes, so he challenges the chef to go buy ingredients and prepare him a burger. And gives him money.

I think this is about to go South for the owners. :laughingatyou :
