   I think that's the reason Call of Duty and the like was so successful for so long too, everyone only played the MP mode (which at it's peak was like a Nintendo game with it's skill curve) and even when the single player got 2edgy4u, nobody noticed except with No Russian because mass shootings are one of those things that are genuinely shocking for most TV watching normies (and that every kid jokes about). And even then it's something not unlike that of a typical GTA gaming session except for the fact that you're literally getting to experience life as a federal agent.
   
   Or the Zombies mode being you know, extremely marketable and "safe". It's as edgy as something like 5naf is, the kind of edgy a 10 year old thinks is edgy.
