In my case each time I used these settings:
16 mm (eq: 24 mm for FF), f/1.4, ISO 800 and shutter speed from 7 to 10 seconds.
Last tip, you have to focus manual (ideally with focus peaking feature), because cameras aren't capable to focus that far away. So you need to choose one bright star, place the camera so that this point is in the center of your view, and focus so that the star is as sharp as possible.
