Outside of the ocxo with 4 lugs: HF, ground, and 24 plus and minus. Nothing tells the user that the +24 volts line is internally connected to the hf ground. If I want a normal supply, this will require an isolation circuit on the output.

@altomare starting analysis of the second board. As suspected, the coax shield is connected to the positive supply, so this oscillator is actually powered by -24VDC to ground... Or, output signal is referenced to +24V. Weird.
