@pwm@lab.nyanide.com @prettygood@socially.drinkingatmy.computer i'm not sure it really works like that for these kinds of people. but think about it, literally a tiny amount of the population (this graph points out 0.1%) are committing an absolutely huge portion of crimes. why are their sentences not greatly magnified for their extremely proven history? judges already do this shit unofficially, "oh it's your first ticket we'll knock that down" but this doesn't apply to murder for some reason?
