   After a pep talk, the first brother is motivated to try again and comes back to the kitchen after a cry outside. The other brother, however, has been defrosting food by applying heat to it instead of letting it defrost naturally.
   
   "I fucked up!" he says with a cartoonish face.
   
   Gordon tells him that can be a lethal mistake. That people can be poisoned. That he has been feeling ill all day after being served that. Masterful editor cut to the customers making faces and saying the food tastes funny. :bluedoggo :
   
   Then Ramsay starts calling him a nigger repeatedly. He said it so fast the cameras couldn't capture the movements of his mouth.
   
   Interview segment: "I've had enough. I'm so pissed! I can only take so much before I fight back".
   
   Oh, by all means, Jim, fight back against Gordon Ramsay. I bet he could use you as one of those inflatable clowns with sand at the bottom you can hit and they keep coming back to the centre.
