   They made sauce for the day, but immediately put it in the fridge. Ramsay is losing it. He asks them "what happens to hot sauce that is put in the fridge?" and none replies. "The sauce goes sour".

   Well, I didn't know that either; but I'm not the successful owner of an Italian restaurant.
