   Gordon inspects the lamp shades, disappointed that they aren't made of fine jewish skin, and finds they are dirty and dusty. Same with pretty much the whole place. One of the owners in the interview says he "hates cleaning".
   
   Another one didn't take Ramsay's criticism of the frozen meat well. "If he wants to donate money so we can have fresh meat, he's welcome, otherwise, tough shit".
   
   I have a slight feeling Ramsay might scream at them later.
