@rainignterror1080p three miles a day, doesn't matter if you walk or run. I run so I have more time for gaming. I also do a bit of weight lifting while I play vidya.
More saturated fats, less carbs. I didn't go full keto because I love bread and pasta too much but I cut back enough to make a difference.
Avoid low fat labels. Fat has more calories but it keeps you full longer so you're less prone to snacking.
