@HWABAG Yeah, I've poasted about them here before, combing through the listings. I'd rather have a chink fake than a real rolex, but when it's something like a seamaster, I don't think it's got the legs to last. I tried replacing my old SMP's movement with a chink ETA 7750 clone and it only added a few years of life...I just don't think the chinks are building them to last a good 80 years
That's partly why I'm attracted to these old ones, too. Lower chance it's a totaly high-dollar ripoff, because nobody's putting in the work of setting up production for a POS from 1998.
I have been eyeing the anniversary edition skyhawk the japs put out. It's a solid color combo, and I'm a sucker for fidget watches like that, even if it's a little cheesy
