   Everything was going nice, snuggled in bed, everything was cozy, she’s lounging on my lap, when the doggy door opens with a panicked, shrieking chicken freaking out and flying all over the place

   She’s gotten some wild-ass show chicken, and the things are NOT domesticated at all. Like, outside, getting within 5 feet of them sends them flying 20 feet on a regular day - now imagine they’re inside the house, and they’re stressed.

   Took me 15 minutes in order to catch that squirrely bastard without it scratching a monitor as it tried to perch on something.
