   Need to coin a term for this phenomenon where creators continue to put out a shitty, low-quality show to a consistent fanbase full of people who started watching as a kid, and just never took a step back to see whether or not the content’s any good.

   Seems fairly common for people who got popular 10+ years ago to keep on preaching to a core fanbase of people, but when you come in from the outside, not having fallen in love w/ the content as a 14 yo kid, you just ask “what the hell are you guys doing? This show sucks ass”
