   I know I have to bite my tongue even on here sometimes because I hate guys like this, I've known too many over the years and I find them small of soul and hobbled in mind.

   Guys who make their entire character and persona on a foundation of being some basic-ass grunt, even any other big, difficult rating, are cringe. You should integrate your experiences, adventures, and history into your greater being. You must be MORE than that role, but guys like this put the role in greater place than themselves.

   You see this phenomenon when niggers introduce themselves, I've been seeing it all my life. They don't say who they are, or even say nothing about themselves - they describe themselves as a thing, like "I'm a baller/rapper/musicia'/banger". They don't have any confidence in just being themselves, they have to say they're a defined subculture to do the heavy load of having a personality.

   For the guy wearing the grunt vet shirt, that's what he is above all. He doesn't want to stand alone and just be, he has to pivot all things back to his experience "serving" because his mind is utterly dominated by his adventures. You got to leave them behind and start a new one, build on top of it, add more blocks to your foundation from other walks of life
