   So here's a gif of the wobbly message panel in ACNH, and here's the actual texture that it seems to use.

   What intrigues me is how the in-game version has a fairly sharp edge while the texture is blurry.

   I smell shader magic involving the alpha channel might be involved in making it wobble.
