   "Draw better" isn't correct, they see it as a shortcut/stolen valor thing.
   
   In Blue Archive people meme about the designers having meetings over some character flabby belly and how it is important. The truth is that it is important, because they're selling characters. So I can assure you that even though they probably haven't said it they've probably went over every characters selling/charm point and debated on how the audience would react to it. When you take a look at how artists react to whenever a blue archive character gets released take note of what they focus on and you find that they end up drawing like three specific points or ideas of that character. This is why Blue Archive has such a large online presence and success and it's partially due to artistic decisions.
   
   You can't get this nuance with AI, you can have the AI generate a general concept but the interesting parts are something that a person has to filter though. AI feeds into people being lazy and not caring about what they're making. :back_from_gab:
