   @BigDuck Imagine how jacked in to this worthless, irritating, mentally chafing minutiae you have to be to keep this up. This is your job. You have to immerse yourself in every one of these pointless squabbles, constantly mining for content, every day of your life.

   You can’t take time off youtube, either. You lose audience, get de-rated, lose market share in the minds of viewers….you’re doing this every day, constantly thinking about harry potter and marvel shit.

   Imagine how tiresome that gets. I’m tired just tangentially hearing about this shit. Imagine spending 8 hours a day to mine 3 stories out of it. OOF. And this dude’s only a few years in. Imagine 10 years. 15. 20…30.

   Or you could go back into the workforce with a 10 year “self employment” gap. They LOVE seeing that.
