   Africa is poor because the creatures that live there are 50,000 years behind Earth in terms of evolution. When the White man arrived in great ships of the line in Africa they hadn't domesticated animals, invented the wheel or managed a single civilization. They are the last link in a dead end branch of evolution. Africa needed blockaded not exported to the planet en masse. Killing these poor creatures is an act of pity, not malice.
