Holy balls, my blond Physiotherapist lady really did a number on me today and it was hurting like a mofo.
She did a needle therapy thing on the knee. It’s almost like acupuncture but all the way into the muscles.
It felt like a horrible squeeze/electro shock and my leg was moving on autopilot.
It lasted „only“ 5min with each needle and now the muscle feels like she hit me really bad.
But the meniscus pain is almost completely gone.
I like it in a masochistic kind of way 🤪
