Animal fats are one of the best things you can ingest (just look up dudes that traveled the arctic/antarctic and what suet is). Processed sugar is the true villian. Just eschew cane sugar, seed oils, bleached flour and FAST!! Eat less. The average westerner consumes WAYY too many calories. Your meal should not exceed the size of your fist. (as a rule of thumb.) -

I've heard Europeans are better about gluttony. Your food tends to be more richer and nutrtious so people eat smaller portions. This is why I work at a high end italian restaurant and eat their food primarily. They use basic ingredients. I still crave american goyslop from time to time, it sucks. I blames MSG, salt on crack... -

I have a similar technique with a fork and milk but yeah, the more you airate the egg mixture the better the scramble. Using a whisk is better. tl:dr more oxygen in the egg/milk mixture is better. I also add a smidge of water it helps. -
