@adamvs1 Could be batteries, could be multiple supply chain hacks. Unless I missed it, that article doesn’t specifically cite that it was the batteries.
@airwhale@EUCommission The question is more who along the supply chain was compromised and how. It could well have been the shipping company, etc. But at some point, the shipment was intercepted. And, unless the entity at that point was itself compromised (eg., via employees) it’s valid to ask where the supply chain was compromised, how it was compromised, and whether or not any other parties were complicit and, if so, who they are.
@tromo Antisemitism, in the sense that it implies hate against Jewish people, is a very real thing. It simply does not equate to criticism of zionists or the (terrorist) state of Israel. I’m not here to bikeshed the minutiae of the word’s semantics and even less deny the existence of very real racism against Jewish people. If anything Israel’s concerted cooption of the word is what robs it of meaning and makes Jewish people everywhere less safe.
In what world does indiscriminately detonating 3000 devices scattered across a civilian population not constitute plain. simple. state-sponsored terrorism?!
At what point do milquetoast hardcore-centrist western media outlets drop the "explosions were had, children were unalived" phrasing and call it for what it is??
