@celestial though in many ways, Denmark is better than the rest of Europe, so, while I can complain about falling through the cracks at least I'm not in a country where I'd fall through even harder.

@celestial well, Danish healthcare and social services has the problem that it works for most people, but if you're one of the few that falls between the cracks like me, it's a living nightmare dealing with the system.

Eg. if you're on monetary help you may only leave Denmark 1 day a month. Otherwise you'll lose income. And if you have autism, ADHD, etc. the help you can get varies in quality if you can wait through the 2 year waiting lists.

And for trans healthcare, the waiting lists for bottom surgery is around 10 years long, literally.

@celestial Well, it's optional and mostly just a stylistic thing, you can omit it if you want and it'll still be valid Danish, the reader may just not put that extra pressure on the é if read out loud.

@celestial Yes, When you're describing an action someone can take as a form of command, you can add ´ to e (é) to indicate extra pressure on the e sound.

It should be "Registrér/Registrer"

I think Firefish has inherited the horrible Danish translation from Misskey, because why is it using "to register" as the register button???

At some point I'll end up becoming a general Danish translator for software won't I...

I have so many things I want to do but it’s so hard to justify doing them when I could be working on Inochi2D…
