if your website breaks scrolling, it is a bad website. this includes:

* vertical scrolling near the top of the page is jumpy because of your janky floating top navigation
* vertical scrolling stops and instead turns into a control for an incredibly annoying animation
* vertical scrolling inexplicably scrolls horizontally
* infinite scrolling which breaks the scroll bar that i know the os wishes didn’t exist anymore anyway but you haven’t managed to get rid of it yet you sick fucks
