But most of them put in stupid long hours and even if it's "just playing video games on camera" that has to be exhausting. I habitually watched toxic kiwi quinn for the better part of a year or 2 while i was fun-employed. And i don't envy his job at all.

I think the monetization and drama incentivization around the whole scene is distasteful, but until the numbers get brought back down to earth, it's gonna be around for awhile.
