@ponapalt Firstly I wrote a script called Materia to start ssp to avoid duplicating the ssp name with the Single-step profile bin. Secondly in the script I think I have to use start to start ssp otherwise my shell will hang until the end of ssp. But as of now I can't start ssp with start. It's not really affecting me so no rush!
@ponapalt If it's convenient could you please post the code snippet of how SSP detects and calls the LAV filter? I'm trying to make some open source software better and need some reference!
@ponapalt Thank you! Why would you make such a restriction though? I mean let's say I want to share a gif and it's only 367k, I can't figure out what the reasoning is for not allowing HD gifs to be shared.
@ponapalt Personally, I think this is a bit counter-intuitive (after all, most software doesn't do anything but display help when called with --help or /? do nothing but display help when called).😂 But it's not a serious problem so there's no need to rush!
I seem to have found an elc/bignum bug, but I'm not sure about that (and I'm having trouble getting to my computer anytime soon). If ya has a moment, could ya try running bignum saori to try and calculate 0+0? This might get a memory access error, so please save anything else in the programme before trying it.
@ponapalt I'm happy to see ssp development resuming, but don't let this interrupt what is more important in your life! :party_parrot: If there's a problem that you're having trouble dealing with, maybe you should consider talking to people on the Internet for help or grief, they're all really nice people. :blobok:
@ponapalt@ambergon Perhaps we could have each plugin record an integer value representing the priority in descript.txt, specifying that the loading order is undefined at the same priority level
@ponapalt@nikolat I just noticed that ukatech members don't have any special permissions by default so they can't edit the repo directly but need to submit a PR Is this intentional? If not, I'd be inclined to change it to write permissions so that people can push as much as they want :meow_thinking: I would like to know what you think :blobok:
