@nixCraft at university, I worked on a code base that used tabs AND spaces. Every indentation level was adding two spaces and a tab was used instead of 8 spaces. Since I set up vim to use 2 spaces for tabs, those lines started horizontally before the lower indentation levels, which shocked me the first time I opened the code base. :pika:

@nixCraft this poll really should've been multiple choice. I primarily use FDroid, but most apps and even app categories aren't available there, so there's no way around the Google Play Store. And for Chinese apps, I have to use the app store of my phone's manufacturer. Very rarely, I have to install apks, but I only do so if they come from a trusted first-party source.

@nixCraft rm -rf is worst when you're using it in a script like: `rm -rf $DIR/` and `$DIR` happens to be empty 🫣

@nixCraft maybe if you're running #Arch, but #Ubuntu has never failed me, it's always ready when I need it.

@nixCraft if the publisher of an app I'd like to use only supports Snap, I'll use it. I'm on Ubuntu anyway, so why not?
