i hope you aren't starving your self.. you aren't supposed to just not eat; you are supposed to eat things that don't make you gain weight..
the trick is to find things that have a kind of "food synergy" that are like...... the ingredients by them selves aren't that great but when you combine them they are tasty..
look for some type of asian recipe sites or some thing, and just eat like they do in other countries i guess.. -

you have to match 2 tiles together to remove them..... i think there are 4 of each tile total...... but some times you have a match tile you need under the other match for it, so you get deadlocked and have to give up and cry.. -
