It's a german first name, but somehow started to represent a very dumb and unreflecting person, and is sometimes used as a swear word.

I once had the XPS13 with WQUXGA (3840x2400 on 13.4") and two external 24" 1920x1080 pixels each.

There is a reason (to be honest, at least two, battery lifetime was another) the next one got reduced to 1920x1200. Fucked up DPI scaling everywhere.
