Yes, Vlasov's ROA army, something about 1 million soldiers.
But they treated in Russian society as "filthy nazi collaborators" and this vision is settled matter among patriotic crowd.

Yes it is, but since more Russians died on frontlines then being shot by NKVD, the Nazis seemed as № 1 villain, when Commies as № 2.
Generally, Soviet past seemed as "necessary evil" among our patriots: they despise soviet atheism, gulags, and political repressions, but complimenting 30's industrialization, military legacy and space achievements.

@WashedOutGundamPilot @ChristiJunior You will probably die from cringe if you meet our Russian boomers and talk about this topic, but at least our boomers have the reason to hate Nazis, since literally every Russian family had relatives who's either suffered or died in WW2.
