We're adding a new setting to allow you to disable post and profile embeds!

In case you weren't aware, Pixelfed does support Profile and Post embeds, allowing you to easily embed them on your own website ✨

Simply add /embed to the end of a profile or post url, like the examples below:

We're re-organizing our issues to eliminate duplicates, and close issues that have been resolved.

Pixelfed Groups are heavily inspired by Facebook Groups.

Keep in mind we only took the best parts of FB Groups, you won't see Group posts in your home feed or public feeds, they are contained to their own screens.

We're working on separating almost every aspect so you can easily ignore the feature and use Pixelfed like they don't even exist.

Pixelfed Groups will support Lemmy and other projects ✨

Groups may ship without support for every platform, however our goal is to support every fediverse Groups implementation!

The server may have been temporarily unavailable, try restarting the app and open it again.

Wouldn't it be nice if you could press a button to test federation/mobile app support and diagnose any issues with instructions on how to solve the underlying issue(s)?

✨ Import from Instagram issues have been fixed in the latest commits!

If you have an import that has been stuck on "Processing", it will be properly processed once your instance admin updates to the latest commits!

Pixelfed.social has now processed all imports, you may have to wait until your admin updates for your import to finish processing.
