@smallcircles @jrashf @FenTiger @grindhold Do you know by any chance if there's an issue on the Mastodon tracker about supporting other object types? I love these ideas of using AP for novel things but with the current state of the Fediverse (the Mastoverse? the Noteverse?) I don't see how they will ever take off if we always need to start with Mastodon compatibility.

Excellent writeup by @prokoudine about redesigning menus of complex programs. I love this solution of using a menu with an integrated search bar, akin to having a command palette while still retaining logical grouping of actions.

Wish @libreoffice could have something like it.

@aral I saw the original post this message is sub-tooting and I'm done with this sort of negativity on my timeline to be absolutely honest. Framing points of view you disagree with as entitled threats without even engaging with them directly is not the fediverse I want.
