Is it relevant that you're talking to a stranger when replying to a post? This is social media and the whole point is to interact with strangers. As to bios, I pay very little attention to them. Far more telling is what people actually post. It's as if you were at a party and handed out a CV to every guest. That wouldn't be a very good basis for interesting conversations, and the other guests would probably think you were a little weird.

You could live there. As long as you can aford the sky-high house prices and put up with millions of tourists clogging up the beautiul landscape for most of the year. You wouldn't have mind that many local people can't afford to live there and have to work seasonal jobs because tourism is the only industry.

I know whereof I speak. I lived in Keswick for 4 years. The Lake District is a poisoned picture perfect postcard.

Good riddance if it's true, but I doubt that Xitter can afford to lose hundreds of millions of users. Sounds more like Musk blowing off some fetid gas.

As to why more politicians and journalists don't leave, I suspect it's because they put engagement above ethical values.

In the meantime, I am trapped on the hellsite because my suspension makes it logistically impossible to delete the account. If anyone knows a way round this, I would be grateful for the information.

@amaditalks I disagree with your basic premise. I've never seen any plans for liveable cities that exclude or limit access for the disabled. If anything, such 'utopian' ideals are far more likely to include enhanced access. And why the 'leftist' snark? You're tilting at the wrong windmill - the RW petrolheads are over there.
