@anomalon I didn't perceive it as a rush to a new hashtag but as creating a new alternative to the old one for those who aren't acclimated to it and for some reason find it confusing.
Personally, as I said a couple posts ago, I'll use both.

@anomalon I'm not sure I understand how it's gets hidden if we use more hashtags instead of less.
Everyone in the conversation (as far as I saw) said they'd be fine with using both as #ActuallyAutistic has a traditional following.
