@Jim @graf Nut&yahu's support in Israel are the largely lunatic settlers, they were demanding he crack down on the west bank, seeing as the natives don't appreciate bulldozers with yamakas flattening their houses I guess, who'd have thunk it.
This attack also resolved 2 issues for the Israelis, they want to flatten Gaza but international opinion gives them pause plus Israel is quite divided politically these days, with a lot of them wanting rid of Nut&yahu, this unifies everyone at least in the short term -
