@mntmn I still need to try to repair mine again or send it in. Not sure what caused it to pop the second time after the repair as nothing appears shorted.

@mntmn Wonder what's causing these diodes to short out like that, it doesn't seem like they're being used beyond their specs.

Didnt have quite enough foil and tape to protect the two connectors near it, or left my hot air there too long. But replaced the failed mosfet on my Reform board myself. Q17 right next to them. @mntmn

@mntmn Hmm, powered it on and immediately saw smoke in that area again and removed, it, was looking around for issues then measured the body diode on Q17 and it's shorted again, seems like whatever killed it before killed it again?!

@vimja @mntmn Do you have the 3d models for the insulator tabs available somewhere? Seems like a nice little extra bit of peace of mind to have as well.
