back then I was against Tusky hardcoding a block to gab, instead allowing people to block the instance at their will.

I sent an email to RMS, which told me, blocking gab doesn't change the status of free software.

so tell me, how blocking certain hashtags, specifically political ones, goes against FREE and LIBRE?

@bonkmaykr besides, if they weren't really a far-right website dedicated to doxxing and harassment and even promoting violence against people, I guess they wouldn't have had issues with Cloudflare being their CDN.

my issue is not that Kiwifarms involves someone I don't like. it's like believing whatever the fuck comes out of 4chan as true, even though they have a pretty huge history of being dedicated to trolling and spreading disinformation and misinformation.

also, I'm not denying that Drew wrote The Stallman Report. it is indeed strange that he tries to cover it and hasn't spoken about it so far.

this is scary, but at least he has the attitude to sign a letter ousting RMS, instead of the anonymous people behind this website which looks to me as a character assassination attempt targeted towards him.

and even if this is indeed him, people change over the course of 10 years.

judging by the timeline it was posted, it's irrelevant and didn't have the impact the anonymous people behind it expected it to have. 4 months later, he wasn't cancelled.
